Shani Hendrick has served as LE&A’s office manager in Grand Rapids for most of the firm’s history and encompasses nearly 20 years of administrative and office management experience. Her responsibilities include handling all accounts payable and receivables as well as directly working with the administrative staff, associates, directors, management team and clients to manage budgets and billable hours for the firm. Shani is also the unofficial wellness coordinator that keeps LE&A’s team moving by motivating staff to be physically fit (or die trying!).
Prior to joining LE&A, she was the assistant office manager at a local design firm. Some of that “playing with colors” rubbed off as she has contributed to all but one of the office moves. Shani graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in international relations.
