WMPRSA PRoof Awards for Moose Tracks 10k Scoops and Inventure SNAK CampaignsGRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 29, 2014 – Lambert, West Michigan’s top-ranked public relations agency and the state’s largest investor relations and public affairs firm, received “Best in Show” recognition and two gold PRoof awards from the West Michigan Public Relations Society of America (WMPRSA).

Lambert’s SNAK Attack campaign for Inventure Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNAK) earned the company a gold award in the Investor Relations category and was also recognized as one of the overall “Best in Show” campaigns, earning the company a PRoof PRemier Award which is presented to entries which represent the finest example of public relations programming.

The SNAK Attack campaign entry described Lambert’s efforts to lead corporate communications and investor relations for Inventure Foods through two major acquisitions, while also supporting 10 new product introductions across five brands. Lambert launched an integrated “SNAK Attack” approach to proactively stimulate investment community awareness of SNAK’s financial performance, acquisitions and new products. The tastefully executed program resulted in 94+ million media impressions, 118 meetings with the investment community, analyst coverage initiation, and new institutional shareholders. Inventure reported record-breaking growth throughout 2013 and its stock price more than doubled the market.

Lambert also earned a gold award in the Events and Observances – Seven or Fewer Days category for the Moose Tracks 10,000 Scoop Challenge. This cause marketing program created for Denali Flavors, maker of Moose Tracks, rallies communities around a local cause with the promise of a $1 donation for every scoop of ice cream eaten.  As a result of this program, an audience of nearly 30 million consumers were offered a fun, meaningful experience with the Moose Tracks brand, and in the process nearly $50,000 was raised to support the work of local non-profit organizations.
Winning campaigns were selected by demonstrating strong public relations objectives and philosophies, and by meeting the highest standards of performance, presentation and execution. A panel of judges comprised of Public Relations Society of America members outside of the West Michigan area reviewed and scored all award submissions.

The 2014 PRoof award recipients were announced on April 24, 2014 at a ceremony in Grand Rapids.
